1）確保熱處理過程中所需設(shè)備的校準(zhǔn)，進行熱循環(huán)實驗。 2）負(fù)責(zé)所有產(chǎn)品的熱模型構(gòu)建和依據(jù)以往歷史經(jīng)驗進行模擬來改善熱模型。 3）確保熱處理自主維護策略的效率。確保熱處理的預(yù)防性維護策略的效率。 4）確保安裝Vallourec的熱工應(yīng)用軟件（Shalyn，Sofia ......）。 5）確保熱備件管理的效率。 6）定義天然氣的監(jiān)測和有效的天然氣消耗。 7）負(fù)責(zé)在熱模擬或測試中遇到問題時提供熱力解決方案。 8）與熱材料行業(yè)供應(yīng)商保持聯(lián)系，以確保最新的技術(shù)知識，并為熱加工建議新設(shè)備和技術(shù)（包括與PCs和VRCF的對接）。 9）參與CIT方面的熱力話題。 10）與熱工藝戰(zhàn)略小組共同進行研究（包括與PCs和VRCF的接口） 11）了解天大爐子的設(shè)備設(shè)計和燃燒基本技術(shù)。 12）支持PC戰(zhàn)略并領(lǐng)導(dǎo)技術(shù)小組處理熱工藝和能源問題（包括專家任務(wù)） 13）根據(jù)需要履行其他與工作相關(guān)的職責(zé)。 1）Ensure the calibration, thermal cycle of equipment required in thermal process. 2）Responsible for the thermal model construction of all products and the improvement of the thermal model through simulation based on previous historical experience. 3）Ensure the efficiency of independent maintenance strategy for heat treatment.Ensure the efficiency of the preventive maintenance strategy for heat treatment. 4）Be sure to install Vallourec's thermal application (Shalyn, Sofia...). 5）Ensure the efficiency of hot spare parts management. 6）Define natural gas monitoring and effective natural gas consumption. 7）Responsible for providing thermal solutions for problems encountered in thermal simulation or ****ing. 8）Liaise with suppliers in the thermal materials industry to ensure the la**** technical knowledge and suggest new equipment and technologies for thermal processing (including docking with PCs and VRCF). 9）Participate in hot topics at CIT. 10）Research with thermal process Strategy team (including interface with PCs and VRCF) 11）Understand the equipment design and basic combustion technology of Tianda furnace. 12）Support PC strategy and lead technical team to deal with thermal process and energy issues (including expert tasks) 13）Perform other job-related duties as required. 能力資質(zhì)要求Competence &Qualifications Requirements: 1)教育背景Education: 本科及以上學(xué)歷。材料、熱工相關(guān)專業(yè)。Undergraduate, material, heat treatment related majors. 2)知識及培訓(xùn)要求Knowledge & Training: 熱力學(xué)及材料相關(guān)知識儲備。Knowledge of thermodynamics and materials. 3)語言要求Language requirement：可以和歐洲專家直接交流。Could use English communication with European experts. 4)能力及技能要求Competence & Skill requirement：熱力工程背景和熱力工程相關(guān)經(jīng)驗，全面了解材料的熱性能，具有熱建模和模擬經(jīng)驗，能夠提熱力解決方案。Thermal Engineering background and Thermal Engineering experience. Solid understanding of material thermal properties. Experience with thermal modeling and simulation.
